"Earlier this year, we called on Cindy’s expertise for both the sale and purchase of a home.
First, selling our condo. We decided to sell our condo earlier this year. We knew it would be a challenge, not only due to the slow housing market, but also because there were other condos for sale (with comparable amenities and upgrades) in our condo community. Cindy’s knowledge of the housing market and her smart marketing skills were key to selling our condo significantly quicker than expected in a sluggish market and competitive environment.
It was then time for the home buying side. We had very specific wants for our next home; not only in the home itself, but also with exceptionally narrow location parameters.
